Emese Sepsi-Keyha is a constitutional lawyer holding an LL. M degree on legal drafting and regulatory impact assessment. Her main elds of expertise are data protection and transparency.
She worked for the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement for more than ve years, where her responsibility was the analysis of ongoing regulatory proposals with the view of the protection of fundamental rights, while she was regularly involved in the preparation of the ministry’s proposals on police procedures and imprisonment.
She is also an experienced translator of English and French legal texts and worked as a lawyer-linguist at the European Court of Justice.
